BROCK, DANNY LEE - Danny Lee Brock, 59, of West Milton, passed away on Monday, Jan. 7, 2008 at his residence. He was born on April 11, 1948 in Dayton. He was preceded in death by his father Ferdinand Brock. He is survived by his wife, Linda Kay (Ellis) Brock; his mother, Helen Juanita (Troxell) Brock of Brookville; daughters, Amanda Elizabeth Brock of Columbus and Rachel Anne Brock of West Milton; brothers, Roger Brock of Brookville, Steve (Barb) Brock of Corbin, Ky., Tim Brock of Brookville and a sister, Teresa (Mark) Weaver of Brookville. He served his country well in the U. S. Army while being stationed in Germany. He retired as s senior line worker for Verizon after 35 years and was a member of the VFW Post No. 3288 in Brookville. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 11 at Hale-Sarver Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St., with Rev. Roger Stine officiating. Friends may call on Thursday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Hale-Sarver. If so desired, contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County.
