BLAIR, HERSHELL D. - Hershell D. Blair, age 85, of New Carlisle, OH, died Saturday, May 7, 1994 at 2:15 P.M. in Hope House Manor, Springfield. He was a resident of New Carlisle since 1958, retiring from H. E. Brubaker Elevators in New Carlisle. Survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Verne and Stella Blair of Medway, OH, Danny and Janet Blair, Harry Donald Blair, all of New Carlisle; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by wife, Nellie Blair, January 26, 1976; two sons, Robert Carrol Blair and Edward Leon Blair. Services will be held Tuesday May 10, 1994 at 11:00 A.M. in the Trostel, Chapman Christmas Funeral Home, New Carlisle with Rev. Rick Shoemaker officiating. Burial in New Carlisle Cemetery. Friends may call Monday 4-8 P.M. in the funeral home.
