PETERS, DONALD P. JR. - Donald P. Peters, Jr. of 318 Valley
St., Dayton died Sunday at his residence. He was born in Troy on June 6,
1925 and graduated from Tippecanoe High School in 1944. He is survived by
his wife Dorothy; his mother, Mrs. Raymond (Goldie) Pearson, Tipp City; two
sons, Donald E. of Virginia; David of Medina; a stepson, Michael Bailey
serving in Germany; a half brother, Robert Loy of Greenville; a sister, Mrs.
Forrest (Betty) Robbins of Tipp City; a brother, Richard C. Peters of
Vandalia; two stepbrothers, Lawrence Pearson of Troy, Paul A. Pearson of
Piqua; a step-sister, Mrs. Leo (Lucille) Zimmerman of Pleasant Hill; and one
grandchild. Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday at Frings and
Bayliff Funeral Home with David Peters officiating. Burial will be in Maple
Hill. Military graveside services
will be conducted by the Frank E. Robinson Post of the American Legion.
Visitation will be at Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home from 4 to 9 p.m. on
Wednesday.
