BARNHART, MRS. CINDA - The Rev. D. Alfred Replogle officiated at the funeral services on Friday for a native of Miami County and long time Bethel resident, Mrs. Cinda Barnhart, who died on Wednesday morning in the Ohio Missionary home in New Carlisle.  Mrs. Barnhart, 82, lived recently at 304 N. Adams Street, New Carlisle, but had lived at the Barnhart homestead at 8410 E. St. Route 571.  Preceded in death by her husband, James, in 1960, among her survivors are her son, Melvin, of Bethel Township and Ivan of New Carlisle, who manages the Brubaker Grain Company in Tipp City.  Other survivors include a son Wilfred of Springfield; a sister, Mrs. Nora Funderburg of Greenville; 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.  She was a member of the Hobby Club of New Carlisle; charter member of the Miami County Farm Bureau Council No. 4A; and a member of the New Carlisle Church of the Brethren where services were held at 2 p.m. Friday.  Burial was in the New Carlisle Cemetery with Trostel-Chapman Funeral Home in charge.  Contributions to the American Cancer Society were asked, in lieu of flowers by those who wished to make them.
