NICODEMUS, DALE - A former Bethel resident, Dale Nicodemus, 35, was killed on February 8 on US Route 35 west of Dayton, the victim of a truck accident on icy roads. He had been an employee of the Bowman and Landes Turkey Farms several years ago, but presently resided at R. R. 4, Eaton. Among his survivors were his wife, Emelyn; one daughter, Lorena, and three sons, Dwaine, Dean and Darin, all at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Nicodemus of Eaton; and two brothers, Larry of New Carlisle and Gerald of Columbus. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Lower Twin German Baptist Church at Route 725 and Quaker Trace Road. Burial was in the Gratis Cemetery with the Zimmerman Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
