ENYEART, HARLEY D. - Harley D. Enyeart, 74, of 1037 E. Main St., Troy, died Sept. 1, in Dettmer Hospital. He was the son of the late George and Daisey Welbaum Enyeart. Surviving are his wife, Helen M. Priest Enyeart; one daughter, Mrs. Herman Winnie Mahan, Troy; one sister, Mrs. Hazel Lewis, Tipp City; and 4 grandchildren. He was a member of the First United Church of Christ, Troy, Lodge Elks 833, Ohio Bar Association, American Bar Association, Miami County Bar Association, Republican Party, and the March of Dimes. He was a retired Troy attorney. Funeral services were held Sept. 4, at the Deeter-Baird Funeral Home. Rev. Edward Culver officiated. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery.
