DILTS, RALPH - Ralph Dilts, 82, of Tipp City, died Saturday afternoon in the Shady Rest Nursing Home in Covington. Born Jan. 6, 1890, he was the son of George and Hattie Dilts. He was preceded in death by his wife Annie Counts Dilts in 1940. Surviving are a son, George of Tipp City; four grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. He was a retired farmer. Services were held Tuesday at the Baker Funeral Home in St. Paris. Burial was in Forest Hill Cemetery in Piqua.
