Brown, a lifelong resident of Troy and vicinity, died Saturday, February 18,
aged 59 years. He enlisted at the age of eighteen in Co. H, 147th
O.V.I. Four children survive, Max of Dayton, William Jr. of Troy,
Charles and Mrs. Slatzer of West Alexandria. Funeral was held Monday,
February 20, interment at Riverside.
