Mrs. John McMacken, living two miles northeast of town died at her home, Saturday afternoon, after a lingering illness and much suffering. Dr. H. D. Rinehart, who had been in attendance, pronounced the ailment to be senile gangrene. An autopsy held Monday by Drs. Rinehart and Miller verified the diagnosis. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon with interment in Highland cemetery.
