Mrs. Anna Christian Rites Held Today

Funeral services were held this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Christian Church in Laura for Mrs. Anna Christian who passed away Wednesday morning from a heart condition which had confined her to her bed for the last three weeks, following a gradual decline in health since last fall. 

Mrs. Christian was the wife of Thomas H. Christian and with her family has resided in Union Township for many years, the past eight years having been spent in Laura. She had reached the age of sixty-eight years and will be greatly missed by her family and a host of friends.

Besides her husband she is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Opal Folkerth of Covington, Mrs. Edna Wolfe of Wapakoneta, Mrs. Olice Richardson of Ludlow Falls, Mrs. Catherine Miller of Gettysburg, three sons, Claude of Piqua, Virgil and Samuel at home, several grandchildren, two brothers and three sisters.

Interment was made in the Old Ludlow Cemetery south of Laura.
