Charles Hubert Howser, only son of Mr. and Mrs. Rolen Howser, was born near Yorkshire, Darke County, Ohio, May 3, 1893 and departed this life on Friday, December 31st, 1937, at the age of 44 years, 7 months and 27 days.

He was united in marriage with Miss Mary Russell on May 24, 1910 and to them were born four children, namely: Mrs. Helen Drees, of Covington, Mrs. Ruth Akers, of Springfield, Ohio, Esther and Grace at home.

In the year of 1932 under the ministry of the late Rev. O. S. Thomas, he accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior and united with the Christian Church of Covington.  While unable to attend the church he was always interested in its work.  He leaves to mourn their loss his wife, four daughters and a host of other relatives and friends.
