Mrs. Wion Dies On Wednesday

Mary Catherine Wion, 79 years of age, the widow of Albert G. Wion, of near Red River, Dark Co., passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. D. B. Rasor of East of Troy, at 3:75 Tuesday afternoon after several months illness of a heart aliment.

She was born the daughter of Mary Catherine and Thomas Martin Martzall in Lancaster, Pa., on Sept. 22, 1858. The husband and father preceded her in January 1933. She leaves two sons, John E. Wion of Bradford, Albert E. of Greeneville and six daughters, Mrs. J. G. Wetzel, of Covington, Mrs. Nora Rohr, of Piqua, Mrs. D. B. Rasor, of Troy, Mrs. Wm. E. Wetzel, of Arcanum, Mrs. Earl Fenstermaker of Arcanum and Rozie at home. She also leaves three brothers, Henry Martzall and Wendel of Gettysburg, George of Piqua and one sister Mrs. Clara Patterson, of Oconee, Ill.

The body will lie in state at the funeral home of Ralph Miller in Gettysburg until 12 o'clock noon Thursday.

Services will be held at the same place at 2:30 o'clock, with burial in the Gettysburg cemetery. It is kindly requested that flowers be omitted.
