MRS. LAWRENCE HOLLOPETER

Grace Ione Rench, daughter of William and Loretta Rench, was born Oct. 7, 1905 and departed to be with her Lord, Oct. 21, 1937, aged 32 years and 14 days.  June 30, 1931, she was united in marriage with Lawrence Hollopeter.  To them was born one son, Jackie. She is survived by her husband, her son, her father, her step-mother, Mrs. Esther Rench, her two brothers, Kenneth and Chas. Rench and one sister Mrs. Helen Bunger. Besides these she leaves one half brother, Eldon Rench, four step-sisters and one step-brother. These are: Mrs. Mildred Rench, Waneta Weist, Avia Weist, Mary Elen Weist and Justin Weist. Her grandfather, Charles Dunevant and her grandmother Mrs. Mary Angeline Rench also survive to mourn her departure.  She was a member of the Church of the Brethren, having joined at Harris Creek and late transferred to Covington. She remained a faithful and consistent member of the church she loved. Mrs. Hollopeter was known for her fine Christian character. Be her good life and genial attitude she had won for herself a large circle of friends who unite in their testimony as to her splendid character.  These all join in their expression of appreciation as to her influence in the community in which she was a part.  They also express their sympathy for the loved ones during these days of bereavement.  Mrs. Hollopeter was ill for more than a year and although a great sufferer, she was patient through it all.  She had not worked since July 12 of this year and just slept peacefully in her going home to be with her Master.  The family wish to express their deeply felt thanks to all who have so kindly ministered them through their time of the illness and since passing on their loved one.
