For years he had been prominent in the Congregational church and had been a life ordained deacon of the church for 25 years. Surviving are his widow, Sallie Brokaw Wilson; a brother, Ashberry Wilson, Columbus, and a stepbrother, Charles Wendell of Sidney. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Finfrock funeral home in charge of Rev E. Lloyd Roberts. Burial will be made in Forest Hill Cemetery.
