Piqua friends of Mrs. Mary Reeder, wife of Dr. M. E. Reeder , will regret to learn of her death this morning at 9:30 am at the Van Wert Hospital. Mrs. Reeder's death followed a serious operation. She was 33 years, 11 months and 24 days old. Mrs. Reeder lived in Piqua for several months this winter during the time Dr. Reeder was in army service and her death will come as a shock to her friends here. Surviving her are her husband and little daughter. Dorothy Elizabeth, her mother, Mrs. Martha J. Sims, of Harrison Street, 2 sisters, Miss Helen Sims and Mrs. H. S. Woodmancy, on the Snodgrass Pike, and one brother, Mr. Harvey E. Sims, of Broadway. The remains will be brought to the home of Mrs. Woodmancy tomorrow and services will be at her home. Definite arrangements as to time have not been made.

The funeral services of Mrs. Mary E. Reeder, whose death occurred Saturday morning at the Van Wert Hospital, will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 pm at the home of her sister, Mrs. H. S. Woodmaney on the Snodgrass Pike. Rev. C. R. Ferguson of the Springcreek Baptist Church will officiate. Interment will be made in the Fletcher Cemetery.
