Roy C. Coppock Dies Unexpectedly As The Result Of a Heart Attack. Rites Tuesday. Mr. Roy C. Coppock died very suddenly at his home in Pleasant Hill Friday night at 10:45 o'clock following a heart attack. Although Mr. Coppock had been a victim of heart trouble he had been feeling as well as usual and his condition was not thought to be dangerous. He suffered the attack a short time after he retired and died before a doctor could be summoned. He was 58 years of age. Mr. Coppock moved to Pleasant Hill three weeks ago from Fremont and has been associated with the Berry School of Horsemanship where he filled the position as advertising manager. Mr. Coppock formerly resided in both Covington and Pleasant Hill and is widely known throughout the community. He was affiliated with the Covington Masonic Lodge. Surviving beside the widow is one daughter Mrs. George Preston of Howe, Indiana; two sisters, Mrs. George Barnard and Mrs. George Smith; two grandchildren and a number of other relatives and friends who are saddened over his unexpected death. Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock at the Congregational Christian Church in Pleasant Hill with Rev. W.G. Kershner officiating. Interment will be made in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery under the direction of R.R. Whitmer.
