Daniel B. Hayworth, son of Henry and Anna Hayworth was born in Miami County, Ohio Feb. 16th, 1854. He departed this life June 8, 1935 at the age of 81 years, 2 months and 22 days. On July 15, 1877, he was united in marriage to Jemima Riber. Several years after the death of his first wife, he was united in marriage with Mrs. Martha Strayer, who passed away about a year after their marriage. Although Mr. Hayworth had no children of his own, he had one adopted daughter, Luretta, who preceded him in death and one foster son Earl Coghill, who resides at West Milton. Two brothers; John of Pueblo, Colorado and William of Logansport, Ind. and several nieces and nephews and a host of friends remain to mourn his passing. Mr. Hayworth was a devoted member of the Pleasant Hill Congregational Christian Church. For many years he was one of the deacons of the church. He was always regular and faithful in his attendance at the services of the Church, and will be greatly missed from his accustomed place.
