Mr. David Routson passed away at his farm home 7 miles northwest of Covington this morning around 7 o'clock. He had been a sufferer of a nervous disorder for the past 20 years and was bedfast for the last 3 years. He was 69 years of age. He is survived by his widow, Sarah and four daughters, Mrs. Meda Warner, who resides at home, Mrs. Lauren W. Knoop of near Troy, Mrs. Claude Rhoades of Versailles, Mrs. Richard Ehlers of Dayton, one brother, Wesley S. Routson, two sisters, Mrs. Charles Miller of Piqua and Mrs. Henry Ballinger of Versailles, and eight grandchildren. Funeral services are to be conducted from the Friedens Lutheran Church of Bloomer, where Mr. Routson was a faithful member, Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. Larimer of Springfield will officiate. Burial will be made in the Highland Cemetery under the direction of George W. Miller.
