Mrs. Rosella Freeman

Mrs. Rosella Freeman, widow of the late John Freeman, was born April 10th, 1848, near Centerville, Ohio, and came as a small child with her parents, Ruth Beck and Richard Morrow to Miami County.  She was married to John Freeman on Dec. 3, 1868, he preceded her in death nine years ago.  To this union was born eleven children, eight surviving, three having passed away, Eddie and Henry in infancy and Mrs. Emma Colby on Sept. 13, 1937. Those surviving her are Charles, Harry, Leonard of near Piqua, Carl of Troy, Mrs. May Paxton and Mrs. Flora Wiseman of Dayton, Mrs. Maude Yingst of near Covington and Mrs. Martha Potter of near Troy. Mrs. Emma Porman, sister of the deceased is the only living member of the Morrow family. She is in her 90th year and was able to attend her sister's funeral. Mrs. Freeman passed away on April 17, 1930, after an illness of four months at the age of 82 years and one week.

NOTE --- The daughter's death date is an obvious typographical error on the part of the newspaper.
