Mrs. Lizzie McConnell passed away at her home in West Covington, yesterday morning at 9:15, after a few days illness from pneumonia. Mrs. McConnell did not become serious until Friday, living only a few days after the attack. She was very heavy and her heart failed from her trouble. She was the mother of Mrs. Perry Tobias, her husband and two children preceding her in death. The mother Mrs. Ephraim Varner, also remains to mourn her loss. There are four grandchildren, one brother and two sisters who also remain. The brother, Will Varner resides at Shepherd, Mich., the sisters, Mrs. Elmer Thompson, Mrs. Irving Goens reside here. Funeral services will be held from the Church of the Brethren on Friday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock. Rev. C. F. McKee will have charge. Burial will be made in Highland cemetery. Routzahn Bros.
