Levi Huffman
Levi Huffman, son of John and Mary Huffman was born at Englewood, Ohio, Nov. 28, 1847 and passed to his long home, Oct. 8, 1931, aged 83 years, 10 months and 10 days. Aug. 4, 1887 he was united in marriage with Bettie Tobias. To them were born six children, five sons and one daughter. He is survived by his wife and the following sons and daughter: Walter Huffman, of Dayton, Ohio, Forrest Huffman, of Covington, Ohio; Rodney Huffman, of Columbus, Ohio; Clarence Huffman of Chicago, Ill.; J. D. Huffman, of Covington, Ohio; and Fannie Huffman of Dayton, Ohio. There are also three grand children. He lived in Covington, Ohio, the last fifty one years of his life. He has always been noted for his honesty, industry, kindliness, and other sterling qualities of character. In his passing the community loses a citizen and neighbor much loved and appreciated for the fine traits of his life.The family desire to thank their neighbors and friends for many kindnesses shown them in these days of sorrow.
