SHOCK CAUSES DEATH OF CASSTOWN NATIVE
Shock resulting from a fall when she fractured her arm three weeks ago caused the death at 8:12 o'clock this morning at Memorial hospital of Mrs. Rebecca Motter Worthington, 70, of 1509 Madison avenue.
Mrs. Worthington was born June 11, 1866, at Casstown and has been a resident of Miami County all her life and of Piqua for the past 27 years.
She was a member of Greene Street M E church and was affiliated with the Progress Bible class and interested in all its activities.
Surviving are a son and daughter, Harry Worthington, Piqua; and Mrs. Ray Lees, Indianapolis; a sister, Mrs. Rhetta Denman, Piqua; a granddaughter, Mrs. H L Mehl, of Indianapolis and four great- grand-daughters, also residing at Indianapolis. Her husband, Elmer Worthington, died in 1920.
Funeral arrangements will be announced pending word from Mrs. Denman, now in California.

Funeral services for Mrs. Rebecca Worthington will be in charge of Dr. V. E. Busler at the late residence, 1509 Madison avenue, Monday afternoon at two o'clock. Friends may call anytime and until time for the funeral Monday.
