Mrs. Lulu Colbert was called to her home this morning at about 6:30 o'clock, passing away at the Covington Hospital. Mrs. Colbert was born near Covington, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Adams, and was forty-four years of age. Mrs. Colbert was the mother of six children, all of whom are living. The husband, Mr. Albert Colbert, and the children, Mrs. Fairy Farmer, Mrs. Mary Fashner, Wesley, Waldo, Ruby and Edith remain to mourn the loss of the wife and faithful mother. The brothers and sisters remaining are Harrison Adams, Elisabeth Schaeffer, G. D. Adams, Mary Martz, Arthur Adams, Minnie Jackson, Melvin Adams, Earl Minnich, Ruth Hartman, and Lawrence Adams. Funeral services will be held from the Church of the Brethren at 2:00 o'clock, Friday, meeting at the home for a short service at 1:00 o'clock. Rev. C. F. McKee will have charge. Interment in Highland Cemetery. George W. Miller and Son Funeral Directors.

Lucinda Adams Colbert
Mrs. Lucinda Adams Colbert, daughter of Arthur and Matilda Adams was born near Covington, O. May 15,1883, died Nov. 22, 1927, at the age of 44 years, 6 months and 7 days. She was united in marriage to Albert Hosie Colbert on December 11, 1901. To this union were born six children, Mrs. Fairy Farmer of Covington, Mrs. Mary Fashner of Bradford, Wesley, Waldo, Ruby and Edith who remain at home. She was united with the Methodist Church of Bradford, O. with which church she held her membership at the time of her death. She was a very loyal and faithful wife and mother to her family who she loved so dearly and her passing to that great beyond will not only be felt by her family and relatives but to everyone who knew her. She is survived by her devoted husband, six children, three grand children, five brothers and five sisters.
