Hetty, wife of David Warner was born near Webster, Darke Co., Ohio, March 31, 1833 & died in Covington, Ohio, August 18, 1908, aged 75 yrs. 4 mo. & 17 days. She was married to David Warner, Dec. 25, 1851. To this union were born ten children, four of whom are yet living; John, Martin, Mary Mohler (wife of Bro. Jos. D. Mohler) and Levi. Four of the children died in childhood and two in their womanhood--Cassie, the wife of John Kendall, and Hetty, wife of Bro. Charles Murray, who died in 1898. The deceased was the daughter of Jacob & Mary Miller, who were the parents of ten children, and she was the last but one of this large family. She also leaves twenty-one grand-children and seventeen great- grandchildren, with a large circle of friends and relatives. Her suffering for the last three days seemed almost beyond human endurance, yet when the end came she passed without a groan or struggle into her last long sleep. She was a member of the "Conservative" Brethren Church. Funeral services by Elders I. J. Rosenberger & George Mohler.
Update: Esther was known as Hetty. She was
a daughter of Jacob and Mary (Mayer)
Miller. She is buried beside her husband in the Highland Cemetery
at Covington, Miami County, Ohio
