Former Pleasant Hill Resident Dies Sunday
Mrs. Minnie Coppock Dies At Perry, Ohio From La Grippe. Funeral Arrangements Incomplete.
Mrs. Minnie Coppock, wife of Horace Coppock and daughter of the late Joseph and Ellen Cox, passed away Sunday evening at her home in Perry, Ohio at about 9:00 o'clock after being ill several days with La Grippe.
For many years Mr. and Mrs. Coppock made their home near Pleasant Hill, residing on the Joseph Cox farm now occupied by Jacob Ellicher and family.
Mrs. Coppock was an active member of the Pleasant Hill Christian Church and was happy when she could serve it in any way.
About ten years ago Mr. and Mrs. Coppock with their younger son David left this community going to Perry, Ohio, where the two men found employment in the nurseries.
She is survived by her husband, four sons, Morris of Perry, Perry of Wooster, Paul of Cleveland, David M. of Perry, one daughter, Mrs. Carol Smith of Chicago, Ill and a brother, Wilk Cox of Xenia Ohio.
Funeral arrangements have not been announced.
