She was preceded in death by one brother, Chas. B. Kepner, and by four children: Florence, Maurice, Ruth and two who died in infancy.
Surviving her are her husband William H. Helman; her daughter, Mrs. Etoile Paddock of Sidney; three sisters, Mrs. O. J. Wenrich of Indianapolis, Mrs. Nellie McDonald of Piqua, and Mrs. J. W. Gowdy of Indianapolis; also six grandchildren: Robert A. M iller of Anderson, Indiana, Ruth, Lonald and Lois Helman of Maumee, Ohio, Patricia Ann and Richard Wayne Paddock of Sidney.
Nine years ago, Mrs. Helman experienced her first serious illness, from which she partially recovered but on May 31st, a few days ago, received a severe stroke which proved too much for her enfeebled body. She died June 7th at her Covington home.
All her life she was a consistent lover of her fellowman, devoting much thought to the welfare of others. For forty-three years she remained faithful to her religious convictions and in her passing, the church loses one of its conscientious mothers, one of its loyal daughters.
