ZIEGENFELDER, C. F. - Mr. C. F. Ziegenfelder of Piqua--a brother of Mr. George Ziegenfelder of this town--died at St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday morning last.  He had been in bad health for some time and visited Minnesota some weeks ago in the hope of improving his condition.  The effort was too late--the hope vain.
