LAIR, WINFIELD SCOTT - Winfield Scott Lair, born May 15th, 1852, at Germantown, Ohio.  He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. David Lair.  In 1879 he was united in marriage to Miss Mary Jane Ingle, who passed away March 7th, 1893.  To them was born two sons and three daughters, which are Clyde, Charley, Pearl, Blanche and Ada.  Two brothers and three sisters survive him, Henry and Joseph Lair, Mrs. S. R. Kelley, Mrs. Dorsie Tigue and Mrs. Sarah Duncan.  He passed away Wednesday, June 21st, age 59 years, 1 month and 6 days.  The funeral was held from the Christian church at West Milton on Friday conducted by Rev. O. P. Furnas.  Interment in Riverside cemetery.
