HOOVER, WILLIAM - William Hoover, aged 75, blind from birth and a member of the Hoover family of ten children, five of which were totally blind, died at his home at Union on Tuesday.  The funeral will be held from the M. E. church Thursday at 10 a.m., interment in Minnich cemetery.  The brother of the deceased, also blind, aged 85, is lying in a precarious condition.
