CULBERTSON, WILLIAM - William Culbertson, at one time a citizen of Troy but who left this city about 25 years ago, died in the U. S. hospital for veteran soldiers at Washington D. C. Tuesday of last week.  He was 74 years of age and was the last surviving member of the family of 'Squire' and Mrs. Robert Culbertson.  Mr. Culbertson was removed to the Danville, Ill., solders' home several years ago and since then his health has steadily failed.  He is survived by his wife, who lives in Plainfield, N. J., and three children.
