FISHER, WILLIAM C. - Brandt--William C. Fisher, one of the oldest citizens of this community and widely known throughout Miami county, died last Saturday from infirmities incident to old age.  His last illness continued three weeks.  He was born June 12, 1825 in Rockingham county, Virginia, and was the son of Abaham Fisher.  He was married December 25, 1898, and is survived by his wife, two sons and two daughters.  He was a veteran of the Civil War, being a private in Company B, 117th O. V. I.  The funeral was held from the home Monday and was conducted by the Rev. Wood.  Interment at Bethel cemetery.
