RILEY, LIEUT. LEROY B. - In Covington Ky., of cholera, on the 21st, Lieut. Leroy B. Riley.  Mr. Riley was an old office mate of ours.  We mourn his loss as one of the best of friends.  He distinguished himself as a brave soldier in the late Mexican war; was an ornament to his race, in every position he might be placed.  He died, says a friend writing from Covington, "in full hope of a blessed immortality."
