LAWRENCE, JOSEPH - We learn from the Bellefontaine Republican that on Tuesday the 12th inst. Mr. Joseph Lawrence, father of Judge Lawrence, one of the oldest and most respected citizens of that place was suddenly called from our midst, by an attack of heart disease. Mr. Lawrence, had suffered greatly of late years, but, on the day previous to his death, was able to be up and about town. On Tuesday, he ate a hearty dinner and went out on his porch and took a seat, and was in the act of putting a piece of tobacco, when sudden death struck him down.
