FELLOWS, GEN. THOMAS - In this place, Oct. 6th, Gen. Thomas Fellows, aged 47 years and 8 months. The deceased was born in Grafton county, N. H., Feb. 5th, 1807. He emigrated to Ohio in 1830 locating in Madison county. From thence he removed to this place in 1846. While among us he has been known as an active, public spirited, business man. But death has taken him away. For some nine months before his decease his system was gradually sinking under the lurcads of disease, and for some few days previous to his death he suffered intensely from the attack of the epidemic which has prevailed so extensively among us of late. His funeral was attended by a large number of citizens, who followed his remains from his residence to the tomb. Com.
