OWENS, ASAL P. - On Thursday last, in Covington, Ky., of Cholera, Mr. Asal P. Owens.  Another office-mate and esteemed friend is now numbered among the "pale nations of the dead."  He leaves a wife and child to mourn the loss of a protector.  May He who tempers the wind to the shorn lamb, be their comforter.
