MILLER, TODD - New Carlisle--Suffering from a nervous breakdown caused by the death of his mother four weeks ago, Todd Miller, 31, son of Postmaster Miller, and a prominent young man, died Sunday at the home of his sister, Mrs. W. M. Scarff.  Mr. Miller has been employed in the post office here and he was quite prominent in the village.  He is survived by his father, Dr. E. C. Miller, a sister, Mrs. Ella Scarff and Bert Miller, a brother, of Dayton.  The funeral was held Tuesday and was in charge of the Masonic lodge, of which he was a member.
