FENNER, RUFUS C. - In this town, on Thursday morning last, after a protracted illness, (consumption) Rufus C. Fenner, in the 31st year of his age.  Mr. F. was a son of Mr. Jeremiah Fenner of Newton township, and grand-son of the late Judge Fenner of the same place.  His remains will be taken to the family burying ground, near Stillwater, for interment to-day.
