VANCE, REV. JOHN - The Rev. John Vance, for fifty-seven years a minister of the M. E. church and at one time pastor of the New Carlisle charge, died at Urbana Monday.  He was the father of Prof. Wm. McK. Vance of Delaware and Frank E. Vance, city editor of the Troy News.  The funeral was held Thursday at Urbana .  Interment in Urbana cemetery.
