LITTLER, RAYMOND E. - Raymond E. Littler, age 61, of 711 Bay Esplanade, Clearwater Beach, Florida, died Wednesday, November 19 at his home.  Littler, a retired contractor, was formerly from Tipp City.  He was a member of the Chapel By The Sea, Clearwater; Tippecanoe 174, S and AM; Scottish Rite, Dayton; and the Clearwater country club.  Survivors include his wife Avis, a son Bruce and two grandchildren, all of Clearwater.  A sister Mrs. Mildred Kline of Clearwater, also survives.  Services were conducted Friday, November 21 at Moss Funeral Home with burial in Clearwater.
