MARSHAL, RACHEL - Rachel, the nine-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carlton Marshal of Columbus but formerly of Troy, was run down and killed by an electric motor car, Sunday afternoon, in full sight of her father and mother who were just preparing to start on an auto ride for the country.  The little girl was preparing to get in the auto and ran around the front end and was struck by the other machine.  The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon.  Mr. and Mrs. Luther Snyder of Troy are grandparents of the little girl.
