LONG, PAUL - Services for Paul Long, 69, of Las Vegas, brother of Charles Davy of Tipp City, were held at the convenience of the family.  Burial was in New Carlisle Cemetery.  Mr. Long, a former area resident, died Aug. 31.  A World War II U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he was retired from Wachenhut Security Co. at the Nevada Atomic Test Site. He was a 1942 graduate of Elizabeth High School.  He is also survived by six step-children who live in California and Nevada.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Micki Long.
