Friends may call at the Trostel-Chapman
funeral home in New Carlisle from 3 to 9 p.m. today (Wednesday) to pay final
respects to Pamela Sue Morrow, 18, of 8045 E. State Route 40, New Carlisle.
The Reverend Forrest Donley of the Brandt United Methodist church will officiate
at services in the funeral home Thursday afternoon at 1 p.m. Burial will
be in the Casstown cemetery. The Bethel high school senior died at 9:50
p.m. Sunday in Miami Valley hospital as the result of an auto accident
earlier in the day. She was a passenger in an auto driven by her sister,
Sharon Morrow, 21. The Morrow vehicle crashed head-on into an auto drive
by Fred Burgess, 31, of Coldtown, Michigan. All three were taken to Miami
Valley hospital where the Michigan man was treated and released. Miss
Morrow died about eight hours later. The accident is still under
investigation. The girl is the daughter of John and Betty Hendricks Morrow
and was born in Dayton on November 22, 1954. She is survived by her
parents; three sisters, Sharon at home, Mrs. Charles (Sandra) Corns of New
Carlisle, Mrs. James (Beverly) Via of Troy; four brothers, Thomas of Troy,
William of New Carlisle; and Jack and John Jr. at home; grandmother, Mrs. Bertha
Bedford of Sidney.
