MILLER, OTTO A. - Services for Otto A. Miller, 74, of Etoile, Ky., formerly of Tipp City, were conducted Nov. 11 at Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall there.  Mr. Miller, retired after 32 years service at A.O. Smith, died at his home in Kentucky.  He had been a Jehovah Witness since 1956.  He is survived by his wife, Dorothy (Hecker) Miller; three children, Rick Miller of Glasgow, Ky., Mark Miller of Troy, and Melanie Osborn of Etoile, Ky.; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by an infant son, Max Miller.
