RAPP, OLIVER - Oliver Rapp, 67, a veteran of the civil war, died Monday afternoon after an illness of three weeks starting with pneumonia.  He was born near Casstown,  For 17 years he served as turnkey at the county jail and also served as merchants night policeman.  He was well liked and highly respected.  His wife and two sisters survive him.  The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon at the Christian church with Rev. Etter in charge.  The G. A. R. Post gave its ritualistic service.
