COMPLICATIONS ARE CAUSE OF PASSING  

Mrs. Myrtle Crapsey Cron, Wife of L.C. Cron Expires Early This Morning.  

After an illness of one year, Mrs. Myrtle Crapsey Cron, wife of L. C. Cron of 249 First street, died this morning at 4:30 a.m. at her home.  Her death was caused by complications developing from her illness this last year.  She had resided in Piqua all her life, having been born here on June 30, 1877, the daughter of Levi and Laura Ferris Crapsey.  On May 18, 1898, she was united in marriage to L. C. Cron. Mrs. Cron was an active and valued member of the East Side Literary club and was affiliated with the Piqua Baptist church.  She was held in the highest esteem by all who knew her.  Those who survive her besides her husband L. C. Cron, are her sons, Marion and Lloyd Cron, two daughters, Mrs. Marie Burkett and Miss Helen Cron, and three grandchildren, all of Piqua; and two sisters, Mrs. William Colmorgan of Piqua and Mrs. Howard Jackson of Troy.  Funeral services will be conducted Saturday afternoon at two o’clock at the J. C. Cron funeral parlors with Rev. L. C. Radley officiating.  Interment will be in Forest Hill cemetery.
