Mrs.
Yenney, 85, Wife of Frank, Dies
Mrs. Mary Z. Yenney, 85, wife of G. Frank Yenney of 605 Spring, died at 11:50
a.m. today at Dettmer Hospital where she was admitted two hours earlier.
She had been in failing health several years. Born in Newberry Twp., Nov.
10, 1873, she was the daughter of Joseph M. and Elizabeth Zerbe Smith.
She attended Miami County Schools and had been a resident of Piqua most
of her life. She was a member of the
First Presbyterian Church. Surviving are her husband; a son, Marion Yenney of
Sandusky; a brother, Joseph Smith of Troy; two granddaughters, Mrs. Todd Spoeri
(Nancy) of Sandusky and Mrs. Mark Barnhill (Barbara) of Tacoma, Wash., and one
great-granddaughter, Chandra Barnhill, of Tacoma.
The body was removed to the J. C. Cron and Sons Funeral Home.
Arrangements will be announced.

Mrs. G. F. Yenney Rites Thursday
The Rev. Homer Rickel will conduct services at 2 p.m. Thursday at the J. C. Cron
and Sons Chapel for Mrs. G. Frank Yenney of 605 Spring, who died at 10 a.m.
Monday at Dettmer Hospital. Burial will
be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may
call at the funeral home Wednesday afternoon and evening and Thursday.
