QUIRK, MRS. CATHERINE R. - Requiem mass was celebrated Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock in St. Mary's Catholic church in Piqua for Mrs. Catherine Ryan Quirk, who died at her home, 716 West Water street, Piqua, Saturday morning after having been ill for the last five years.  Burial was made in Forest Hill cemetery.  Mrs. Quirk was born and spent her entire life in Piqua, where she was a devout member of St. Mary's church and an active participant in all parish activities until ill health confined her to her home.  Her husband, the late Edward Quirk, preceded her in death 27 years ago.  She leaves her son and daughter, Dr. John Quirk and Miss Mary Quirk; three sister, Mrs. Ella Maloney, Misses Anna and Margaret Ryan; and aunt, Miss Margaret Quirk, all of Piqua.
