WEST, MRS. MARY - Mrs. Mary Jane West, 74, a native of Troy and lifelong resident of Miami county, a sister of Benjamin F. Brown of this city, died at her home on Covington avenue, Piqua, Monday morning at an early hour.  Rev. C. E. Snyder officiated at funeral services Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the residence and at 2 o'clock at the United Brethren church.  The body was brought to Troy for burial in Riverside cemetery.  Mrs. West was born in Troy in 1859 and the early part of her life was spent in this city.  Following her marriage she made her home in Piqua, where she was a member of the United Brethren church.  She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Litta Pearl Moyer of Pleasant Hill, four sons, Wilbur, Arthur, and Elmer West of Piqua, and John of West Milton; two sisters, Mrs. Elmer Tharp of Greenville, and Mrs. John Martin of Columbus, and two brother Benjamin F. Brown of Troy, and Elmer Brown of Celina.
