O'TOOLE, MRS. HELEN - Heart disease proved fatal Wednesday, Dec. 28, to Mrs. Helen O'Toole, well known Piqua woman, widow of Anthony O'Toole, at her home on West Water street, Piqua.  Her death occurred suddenly.  Mrs. O'Toole and her husband were the proprietors of the Notion store, the predecessor to the modern Five-and-Ten-cent store.  The store was located on North Main street where the Franklin Thrift store is now situated.  Following the death of her husband, Mrs. O'Toole disposed of the Notion store and had since lived at her West Water street home with her sister; Miss Catherine Hennessey, who survives.
