HANKINS, MRS. WILLIAM - Mrs. William Hankins, wife of Councilman Hankins, died Saturday afternoon at 12:30 o'clock after a long illness of a complication of diseases.  Mrs. Hankins was born in Clark county and besides her husband leaves one daughter, Mrs. E. M. _________ of Rutherford, N. J.  The funeral was held Monday afternoon at the residence and was attended by many who showed deep grief over the death of the __________ woman.  Rev. J. E. Etter officiated.  Interment was made at Riverside cemetery.
